Galina Malkin TRIZ Specialist.
Galina received her MS degree in Biology in Simferopol State University (Tavrida
University) in 1986. In this same year, she first encountered TRIZ at the
seminar of G. Altshuller. From that point, not only did she use TRIZ in her
scientific work as a molecular biologist, but she also taught the methods of
TRIZ to different age groups ranging pre-school to college students and
business personal. Her programs were used to teach pre-school students in
Latvia SSR. Since in 1994, she lives and works in USA. She worked for major
companies and universities such as the University of Michigan, Cayman
Chemical, Pfizer, and Wayne State University. In 2006 she joined Pretium and
successfully works as a business consulter and Pretium Methodology
Developer. With Sergey Malkin and Don Coates, Professor of Kent State
University, she has published an introduction to Pretium Methodology for
colleges and universities in The United States.

Scott Evans is an engineer, technologist and an entrepreneur with
experience in a variety of roles and environments. He has taught
cross-listed graduate-level courses in technology commercialization and
coordinated the Idea to Product® technology commercialization program. He
cofounded a materials and manufacturing company based on his Ph.D. research,
which partially funded his doctoral studies. His industrial experience
includes manufacturing and product engineering for Reynolds Industries and
Thermax/CDT, Inc. His research at The University of Texas and Georgia Tech
included technology entrepreneurship, product design, MEMS, materials
science and manufacturing.
