Structured Innovation is applied by conducting a facilitated workshop with a TRIZ Black Belt, Guided Innovation Toolkit™ software and Subject Matter Experts trained at the TRIZ Green Belt level. This combination results in dramatic increases in the number and quality of generated ideas. An organization can identify, train and certify TRIZ Specialists for an in-house TRIZ Team. Pretium provides five different training programs, which can effectively create a culture of innovation.   TRIZ Basic Training – understand the basics concepts of TRIZ and Structured Innovation   TRIZ Green Belt Training - solve well defined inventive problems using Guided Brainstorming; ability to serve as a team member on Structured Innovation projects   TRIZ Black Belt Training - fundamental understanding of Structured Innovation; facilitate teams of TRIZ Green Belts to complete Structured Innovation projects; TRIZ Black Belts can also conduct TRIZ Green Belt training.   TRIZ Master Black Belt Training – in depth knowledge of Structured Innovation and the applications of Structured Innovation. TRIZ Master Black Belts are the in-house experts on innovation   TRIZ Executive Training – understand the basic concepts of TRIZ and Structured Innovation and how to build a culture of innovation in the organization.
