A three day workshop for up to 10 individuals plus 32 hours of Structured
Innovation project work during one month.
The program objective: Provide participants with the knowledge and skills
necessary to resolve complex inventive problems, train and facilitate teams
of TRIZ Green Belts. During the workshop, participants will address a
real-world problem. TRIZ Black Belt training builds experience to facilitate
TRIZ projects and sustain TRIZ as a core competence in the organization.
TRIZ Black Belt training includes:
- 3 days of classroom training plus project experience
- A real world project as a training example
- Relates directly to the subject matter expertise of the students
- Better prepares students for specific project assignments
- Delivers innovative solutions for a problem of value to the
organization
Students learn
- How to define real world problem
- How to form an ideal vision of solution
- How to build function models to reveal cause and effect
- How to brainstorm ideas to improve system ideality using TRIZ
inventive principles
- How to form ideas into solution concepts
Training materials are provided
The TRIZ Black Belt training entails completing a Structured Innovation
project. Pretium Professionals will provide coaching to help the participant
effectively facilitate the project. After completing the project the
participant will receive certification as a TRIZ Black-Belt.
