A five day interactive workshop for up to 5 individuals, followed by
post-workshop projects.
The program objective: Develop skills to teach the Structured Innovation
methodology and use of Guided Innovation Toolkit™ software. The workshop
includes student presentations, structured interaction, and role-play
between trainers and training participants in a simulated teaching
environment.
TRIZ Master Black Belt training prepares a small group (perhaps one or
two people) to be internal TRIZ and Structured Innovation experts. These
individuals can train other employees and push the frontiers of innovation
techniques. TRIZ Master Black Belt Training includes:
- Five days of classroom training plus project experience (varies)
- A real world project as a training example
- Relates directly to the subject matter expertise of the students
- Delivers innovative solutions for a problem of value to the
organization
Students learn
- How to facilitate teams using TRIZ and structured innovation
- How to apply TRIZ and structured innovation to specific problem
types
- Using Pure Function Models to identify disruptive technologies
Training materials are provided
The post-training project includes training one group of TRIZ Black Belts
and facilitating one or more projects. After completing the project the
participant will receive certification as a TRIZ Master Black Belt. Pretium
professionals will provide post-workshop coaching.
