  • Relates directly to the subject matter expertise of the students
  • Delivers innovative solutions for a problem of value to the organization

Students learn

  • How to facilitate teams using TRIZ and structured innovation
  • How to apply TRIZ and structured innovation to specific problem types
  • Using Pure Function Models to identify disruptive technologies

Training materials are provided

The post-training project includes training one group of TRIZ Black Belts and facilitating one or more projects. After completing the project the participant will receive certification as a TRIZ Master Black Belt. Pretium professionals will provide post-workshop coaching.
