Workshops

Workshops are facilitated by an experienced Pretium specialist. Your subject matter experts, trained in the use of Guided Innovation Toolkit software, generate innovative solutions to problems. This combination of facilitators, subject matter experts and innovation methods is highly synergistic and results in dramatic increases in the number and quality of ideas generated.

 

A typical workshop requires team meetings for about 5 days.

 

 

Day 1 - Initial meeting with project owner and team leader. Review project information, discuss senior management awareness and commitment, identify project team members, prepare project schedule, define the overall purpose of the project and form an Ideal Vision for situation. Train the project team as TRIZ Green Belts.

 

Day 2 - Meeting with team of Subject Matter Experts to build function models, and prioritize opportunities generated from the function models.

 

Preparation for brainstorming sessions needed in between Days 2 and 3. During this 2 week period, team members will collect the necessary information and become familiar with Guided Innovation Toolkit™ software.

 

Day 3 - Guided Brainstorming sessions with the team of Subject Matter Experts to generate ideas.

 

Day 4 - Combine ideas into Concepts and address Subsequent Problems.

 

Testing and Validation of concepts may be needed in between Days 4 and 5 - which determines the timing for Day 5.

 

Day 5 - Concept refinement, evaluate results.
