An entry-level program.
The program objective: To gain familiarity with Structured Innovation and Guided Brainstorming Toolkit™ software in order to obtain the knowledge and skill necessary to resolve well defined inventive problems and participate in complex Structured Innovation projects facilitated by a TRIZ Black Belt.
Training plan: The program includes 4 hours of classroom training in TRIZ basics, 10 hours of homework completed over a two week period (about one hour per day) followed by participation in a Structured Innovation project facilitated by a TRIZ Black Belt. The TRIZ Black Belt will provide post-training coaching to help the participant achieve proficiency at the Green Belt level.
Participants who successfully complete the classroom training, homework and post-training project will receive certification as a TRIZ Green Belt.
