Pretium trains a team of Client personnel in the Crowd Innovation® method using a real-world innovation training project selected by the Client. Two Pretium Innovation consultants will join a team of up to 10 Client employees to complete the training project. One or more individuals will be trained in Crowd Innovation® facilitation methods such that Client will have one or more employees who can sustain the learnings. Crowd Innovation® training is done on-site (typically five days on-site spread over a period of one or two months). The price for Crowd Innovation® Training varies depending upon the scope of the training project selected, the number of people to be trained and the number of licenses to Guided Innovation Toolkit software purchased.
