Pretium offers three levels of training and certification. The first two levels (Guided Brainstorming and Structured Innovation) are designed for individuals and include a named user license to Guided Innovation Toolkit™ software. Guided Brainstorming™ is based on Pretium's enhanced system of TRIZ inventive principles (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving). Structured Innovation incorporates concepts from FAST Diagrams (Function Analysis System Technique) in addition to TRIZ. The third level, Crowd Innovation®, is designed for teams and team leaders. The Crowd Innovation® method incorporates concepts from The Wisdom of Crowds by James Surowiecki. Each level of training builds upon the previous levels, leading to the establishment of innovation as a core competency in an organization.
